We aim to ensure a clear and straightforward process that protects our Customers' rights and maintains the integrity of our business.
This Refund Policy is designed to help Customers understand their eligibility for refunds, the steps involved in requesting a refund, and the specific conditions under which refunds will be issued. It also outlines the Customer’s and OCTO's responsibilities in the refund process.
In this Refund Policy, we explain how refund requests can be made, the timeline for processing refunds, and the non-refundable types of purchases. We also address the conditions for full or partial refunds, and how fees associated with bank transactions are handled.
To ensure clarity in our Refund Policy, the following key terms are defined as follows:

Download activity: Refers to the act of transferring a product or service from OCTO's servers to a Customer's device. This includes any initial or subsequent downloads of software, files, or digital content associated with the purchase.

Profile creation: Refers to the process of setting up or registering an account or user profile(s) within OCTO's platform, services, and/or associated products. This includes entering personal details, selecting preferences, and activating features that personalize the user experience.

Third-Party Purchases: Refers to transactions where products offered by OCTO are purchased through a vendor, marketplace, or platform not directly operated by OCTO. Refunds for such purchases are subject to the third-party provider’s refund policies, not those of OCTO.
Eligibility for Refunds
All products and services offered by OCTO are eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined in this policy. Prices and subscription packages can be found here.
Refund Request Timeline

Customers may request a refund within 5 days of the original purchase date (Refund Period).

Refund requests submitted after the Refund Period are not eligible for consideration.
Conditions for Refund
1. A full refund will be granted only if both of the following conditions are met:

No Activity: The Customer has not performed any actions directly related to the operation of the product associated with the purchase.

No Profile Creation: The Customer has not created any browser profiles using the purchased products or services.

2. If the Customer has downloaded or accessed the product or service, a partial refund may be issued for the remaining subscription days within the 5-day refund period from the date of purchase, provided that other conditions for eligibility are met.
The amount of the partial refund will be calculated proportionally based on the number of days remaining on the purchased subscription within the 5-day refund period. Fewer subscription days left means a correspondingly lesser refund.
Note: OCTO reserves the right to verify account activity to confirm eligibility for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Discounted Items: Products and services purchased using promo codes.

Third-Party Purchases: Products or services purchased through third-party vendors, platforms, or affiliate programs.

Funds Blocked by Compliance: Refunds for funds that are blocked by banks or payment systems due to high-risk compliance issues are not possible.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, the Customer shall follow these steps:

- For crypto:

- USDT TRC-20 Refund wallet

3. Await Confirmation: Our Support Team will acknowledge receipt of the Customer’s refund request within 24 hours.
If cryptocurrency was used as a payment means, only Products and services paid for with TRC-20 are subject to the Refund Policy.

Bank Commissions and Fees:

Sender's Bank Commission: Paid by the sender (OCTO).

Correspondent and Recipient Banks' Commissions: Paid by the recipient (Customer).

Access Termination

Upon approval of a refund, all access to the associated products and services will be immediately terminated.

Any licenses, rights, or privileges granted under the original purchase will become null and void.
Changes to this Refund Policy
OCTO reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time at OCTO’s sole discretion. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon being posted on the OCTO website. It is the Customer's responsibility to review this Policy periodically for any updates.

The processing of refunds requires the collection and use of Customer’s personal information.
